Education is considered as the backbone of development, both at the individual household and societal levels. Educating the tribal children has been a challenge for the Government ...
(4) gram panchayat--meeting & awareness in tribal area through gram panchayat in periodically manner

Directly linked to family account like PM jan dhan yogna..for motivation both student &parent
(1)Parent awareness--parent must be taught about importance of education
(2) related to their work--they are mainly depend on farming & traditional works&have low economic conditions. So the proper direction & knowledge of new &advanced techniques should be introduced to them..leads to less time consumption in farming &better productivity.
(3) road transportation--it's very necessary to construct new roads , which interconnected remote area to block level
THE TRIBAL PEOPLE

(3) ROAD TRANSPORT
(4) GRAM PANCHAYAT
(5)KNOWLEDGE ABOUT GOVERNMENT
(6) STIFEND
(7) TABLETS

bring tribal people into the society. please give proper education to children. they need new technologies.knowledge. please give proper education to people.we have to increase the knowldege of these people. start schools in all villages. bring all childrens to school. everyone please help them. touch the untouchebles please. they need help.
Playgrounds and Auditorium empowers sports and culture. Government should bring up national recognition for athletes and artists. These will enhance their social and economic security.
In tribal communities, women are the backbone and earning members of families. Incentivise PSUs/Private companies to focus on girl education in professional courses like Nursing (B.Sc & GNM), Lab Technician, X Ray Technician etc. relating to Healthcare industry, Hospitality related courses, Community related services like business correspondents(financial inclusion), advanced tailoring courses enabling direct orders from eretailers etc. PSUs/Private companies to facilitate their placement also.
All problem solution is advertisement in radio, papers and in media.
Show parents the benefits of knowledge. There has to bea different department for this in which students and teachers is the part of department...
If we can given children good and tasty food, the attendance in school will increase. In Bangalore the Hare krishna group is doing a great of supplying very good food to school children under the banner "Akshayapatra". If we can encourage them, to create more such units in different districts, it will be a great advantage. May be such efforts are happening in other places by various organizations. When food and milk are offered, even parents encourage them to go to school.
One reason drop outs are more, is due to poor teachers. Parents are generally illiterates and they do not the value of education. Voluntary people can get involved and adopt children to encourage and see their progress. In case they are weak in certain studies, special tuition should be arranged after school. Many children develop inferiority complex.
Normally in rural areas people register their children in school but they do not have good motive to send the child daily. The main problem is that parents does not realize the loss of dropping out and they don't see the benefit in continuing. It is human tendency to ignore long term benefit and loss and to focus on short term happiness.
Attached is Alternate implementation scenario.
