Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Night-soil (human waste) has been considered a valuable agricultural resource since ancient times.Fertilizer Industry, instead of Chemicals can use night soil as their component of manures. They can put their Containers in Trains & collect them at the ending stations. By that, pollution near Railway line can be controlled and the pollutant (Night Soil) can be used for agricultural use. Railway could concentrate on transportation only.

India is currently poorly ranked as 142nd out of 189 in the World Bank’s ease-of-doing-business index. While the recent streamlining of investment approvals has helped to expedite the process and improve sentiment, more steps are still needed.
