Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

sir its been very painfull for me to inform you that now m a fresher passed out b.tech in 2014 but still now not getting a job in my technical sector .i have uploaded my resume in shine.com & naukri.com but the calls m getting from these to register for an amount like rs1950 , rs 2250 . so i dont trust these calls . so sir please kindly do somethimg for a huge amount job creation as u have said in loksava rally campains . so dat we freshers wont get much problems in coming future . thank you .

Modi Ji Namaskar, I have informed you several times that your concept of "SWACH BHARAT" is not implemented by your own party members. Please verify from the person whom you trust from my constituency and you will come to know that the entire area is a KUDA & KACHRA. Corporator of my area has recently changed his loyalty to BJP. There are all sorts of violations around his.office. BJP MP does not take any action over law and order failure but helps in promoting GUNDA GARDI.
