Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

#yeswecan My suggestion which Sri Modi asked on mann ki baat is Sri Modi should sponsor 1 academic year of 5 American girls & Obama should sponsor the same of 5 Indian girls. This has 2 benefits: 1. It will deepen the relation between 2 leaders and will be remembered for long. And this will make US & India good partners. I mean not just diplomacy. 2. It will directly or indirectly promote 'Beti bachao Beti Padao' campaign.

Reduce the retirement age to 55. India with lot of population needs employers and this can be done by reducing the retirement age. See whether this is a workable solution to employ. People should retire early and be happy spending their time with family.

The recently changed LPG booking through mobile phone is an good initiative.The messages regarding the booking status and delivery status are sent via mobile messages. But information about the money reimbursement which was made by government was not sent.There is no clarity that why government has reimbursed more than one gas amount (900+) in the account for for the first time.If messages are sent about the the number of cylinders it covers that would be helpful to understand the process.
