My idea of improving Tirupati Proposal

Start Date :
May 23, 2016
Last Date :

00:00 AM IST (GMT +5.30 Hrs)
The Municipal Corporation Tirupati is pleased to inform you that our city has been selected under Round 2 for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). ...
1. CCTV Camera to be installed
2. Waste management
3. CNG facilities to be improved
4. Strictly stop religious conversions.which will give more affection to Hindus to come to tirupati
1) Roads should be widened. To widen these roads, only the road side vendors should be removed. Without these people, the roads seem real big.
2) World Class public toilets should be built around and should be offered only at a fee of Rs. 15 or higher.
3) Either rickshaw pullers, bullock carts should be abandoned or cars and bikes should be abandoned. Both together create a lot of mess.
First complete the first phase of development. Then come for next phase. Learn the lessons from the phase 1. Just for publicity don't send the phase 2 list and phase 3 etc. People are watching. People will believe things for once not for the repeated times. Increasing taxes in terms of different cess no one knows what's happening that collected tax. Again for this smart cities again gov will collect tax from our us say smart development cess.
halo sir
1. CNG buses need to be utilized in Tirupati & Tirumala.
2. Replacement of Diesel/petrol based taxis/pvt/autos buses to CNG/LPG fuel
3. Smuggling of red wood should be controlled which are primary reason for deforestation.
4. Proper waste management need to be planned considering public frequency of visit.
5. Plastics to be banned completely.
6. Any steps taken shouldn't spoil temple heritage.
Please take some initiatives to clean the country from the Spider net of "Hoarding's" of Politicians. As you already scraped too many old laws, scrap even this one too. My list is too big but this is at most Priority.
Tirupati is already a clean place. We just need to make it 100% pollution free. Every diesel/petrol tronsprt should be change to electric or CNG.
My suggestions are:
1. Number of tourists spots should be increased
2. Pollution causing agents should be avoided.
3. Number of Diesel based vehicles must be reduced.
4. Greenery in Streets should be maintained.
In india the proposal of smart cities under the classification of present condition of this cities.my opinion on the basis of regional values in city. Then this value joined with every condition. In india the classification is also determined by design period. The tirupati gives a historical value in india then triupati under smart city but this is a primary needs of smart city.then finally I am also said that the smart city gives a maximum value in overall sector and more efficientful.
