With the GST coming into effect from 1st July, 2017, the biggest indirect tax reform of independent India, is going to transform the way indirect tax is administered in this ...
Dear Sir,
I purchased a property (residential complex at Pune) recently (in Jan-2017) which is under construction and is at very early stage.
1) Post GST what will be the status on the cost I will have to pay?
2) How is the Input Tax Credit will be transferred to end consumer?
3) At what rate GST is applicable in case of property under construction?
4) Some of the builders are selling property at zero % GST, what does that means?
5) My cost of project will be increasing or decreasing?
First of all as a Indian i welcome GST reform. I could realize GST reform would make Indian nation as a economically Strongest Country. And for the boosting of Implementation govt should take effective steps to resolving problems faced by peoples doing small business.Govt should make actions as soon as possible.Campaigns can be conducted to make people aware about GST and teach them about the procedures.Make online services transparent and resolve the problems soon.Success Ahead,Jaihind.
Being in the private transport industry, want to ask the GST Parishad one question.'Your slogan is One Nation One Tax' but in actual field states like Assam, Bihar and West Bengal which are already in backseat in industry and commerce sectors notified for inward permit for the movement of goods, which pushing these states in more worsen conditions. Traders having difficulties for collecting these inward permits and transporters are logged with their goods in godowns. What is solution?
several shop owners take extra amount in the name of GST normal people still not understand about this tax. so government has to be clarify the doubt of all people.
sir,
i am ver much confused abou gst is there is multiple tax burden on final consumer?
when i bought a thing then retailer pay the gst to wholesaler and consumer pay the gst to retailer in the case of goods whose mrp is not define so by this means its lead to hike in price..
All indirect previous tax = One GST tax . It good for us .
Dear Sir,
I am retailer having grossary store (grain merchant). when I purchase goods like milk powder, plastic bags & other grossary, suppliers are charging loading/unloading charges on bill as per product GST rates. My question - Is there GST applicable on loading/unloading charges ? and if YES how much GST will be applicable as per product GST rate or rate has been fixed for loading/unloading charges ???
GST in Health Insurance or Mediclaim Policies should be the Minimum slab...not 18%... because it is neither a luxury sector or nor an avoidable sector... today its a compulsory sector like fooding/clothing/housing... So every citizen should come forward and enroll him/herself...and Govt. need to promote this with lowest tax slab/no tax slab.
Since GST implementation importing Bicycle and Bicycle parts from Free Trade Agreement Countries like Malaysia (CHINA Made goods) has become ZERO Cost. There is No Custom Duties No CVD No CESS. Only IGST is levied which is refundable. Government had announced a CVD will be levied equivalent to GST rate of the PART. Till date no implementation
