sir, I am small treader having turnover less then 50 lacks, and opting composite scheme under gst reg. and not claiming ITC. if i shell my sell my trade with enduser, are they lible to pay gst. for availing the depriciation /expense benifits under other act not gst.
Conceptually GST is excellent. Unfortunately those administering GST like the Sales Tax dept are barely aware, in the name of clarity more harassment by Inspectors down the line stopping vehicles and asking the basis on which the tax is levied. More efficient nodal officers to handle in grey areas is needed. More training's and continuous awareness is needed

suppose if i buy goods from x 1000 + 18% = 1180
then i sell at 1500 shal i have to pay the tax for 270 of my profit @ 18% =48.6 or

JUST ADD THIS TO THE PREVIOUS MESSAGE. TO DECLARE THE TAX INFORMATION FOR THE GOODS THE PARTICULAR ESTABLISHMENT HANDLES ONLY
AFTER THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GST SOME TRADERS ARE NOT TRANSFERING THE TAX BENEFITS TO THE CUSTOMER OR IN THE NAME OF GST CHARGING MORE. IN MY OPINION THERE IS AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO CONTAIN THIS. EACH AND EVERY BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE INSTRUCTED TO PUT A DETAILED BANNER IN THE ENTRANCE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT STATING ,THE TOTAL OLD TAX IN PERCENTAGE AND THE GST IN PERCENTAGE,SIMPLY MONITOR THE CORRECTNESS OF THE INFORMATION IN THE BANNER.OTHER THINGS THE CUSTOMER WILL TAKE CARE.
