With the GST coming into effect from 1st July, 2017, the biggest indirect tax reform of independent India, is going to transform the way indirect tax is administered in this ...
I want to know what about PETROL,WINE
NOT include in GST
WHY???
Anyone who tell me
In GST regime, no spot verification by any official is one step towards anti-corruption.
its good
GST is a game changing tax reform, that will end inspector raj, complex tax structure.India will have one Nation,One tax.
GST will empower Poors,Neo middle class and honest tax payers.
It will reduce burden on the honest tax payers.
One best action taken by Shri. Narendra Modi Govt is bring one tax regime in India. This will bring uniformity in prices all over India. Those who take input tax benefit now charge the tax on goods sold & pay to the Govt. One cannot reap the benefit & put the Govt in Dock.Though the GST effect may have immediate effect in prices of goods & services but definitely will bring the prices down in the long run. What the Govt is always for the country's growth. As a CA I am with the Govt now & always.
Let us know about GST impact on Cooperative Housing Societies
As a VLE of CSC what should be first activities for GST.Because there is no any data in csc/union about registration of GST.In my villege there are meny small business man want to know that what is GST & how to registration it.please tell me simple procedure about GST.
I am shop owner in small town in gujrat with annual turnover of 11 to 15 lakh. I have to take a GSTIN no. Please tell me in detail about this & what should be my strategy for that.
How funny is that
A lawyer serving in Gujarat and earning 18 lakhs need not register for GST but a freelancer earning less than 50,000/- has to register and file 37 returns. What were you thinking?????
GST for freelancers with no income bracket, what were you thinking?
I am a freelancer. I have worked with a few other freelancers as well. Housewives who had to give up jobs for taking care of kids, students and Divyangs. There are so many of us who earn less than 3 lakhs by doing some minor jobs like giving virtual tuitions, blogging, consulting or web designing online. Our competition is with the entire world based on the web. We have to fight and be better than the most to get any jobs.
In my opinion GST is best decision of government to reform of indirect tax
