In respect to GST, I want to suggest that, a person seeking voluntary registration u/s. 25(3), the turn over is below 20 lacs, so, they are not liable to tax or registration, hence, such non taxable person should be eligible to file NIL return as exempt sales or services, so that, the turn over of such assessee can be verified and evasion can be identified if any, as per explanation given by GOI help line on twitter, suggest to cancel registration within 1 month, should be rectify, best wishes
1) Either scrap the proposed #eWayBill rules or atleast raise its bill-value criteria to ₹5L
2) Move towards a half-yearly return-filing system
3) Replace the current IGST/CGST/SGST/UTGST with one GST & the current 4-5 tax-slabs with maximum 2 slabs
GST is very complex to understand to even educated. what ever the scheme OR policy introduced by the government the common people think of the benefit to them. So PM sir I got an idea to make GST understandable to each and every person. Printing of PRICES on the goods i.e. Before GST and After GST. So people will come to know the benefit of GST.
Sir there is banking system take charges against any transaction before that it is hazardous for middle class citizens bank open account on zero balance then why take charges ? Hamare paise aur hum he tax bhare. Ye konsa insaf hai. Jaldy banking system par dhyan de. Yeah middle class citizens ki jeb par banko ki jeb katai hai. Kuch to socho.
People just need to keep patience. GST is going to actually prove to be a game changer.
Thank government and Modi saheb for the great work. Nation is with you.
My suggestion to avoid cheating by traders on account of GST.
1) Consumer PAN should mention in the Tax Invoice.
2) Consumer must be provided PAN as login ID in GST Portal.
3) Consumer update their purchase details with break up in GST Portal
4) It must be reconciled with Traders GST return.
5) Incase Traders found guilty, then arrest them and refund excess amount to consumers
Dear Sir, I have a query on service tax under the new system.I fall below the service tax slab. Am i still expected to register at the aces site ? ( My old aces registration was cancelled )
one side government forcing all companies to pass benefits of taxes after GST. But sames time government started to increase other taxes. finally customers will have to get nothing but to pay more taxes after GST VIA other taxes.
Dear Sir,
We (individuals)are paying GST during purchase of TV,Washing Machine ,Bike and others also we are purching them in installments out of income which is balance after paying our income tax which is over burden to us.as we are not that much financially rich also we middle class are the real fanance rotaioner for country, consider to set off GST with our income / income tax.We know both are different type of taxes still we ask you to consider the middle income people like us.
Thanks
Sir, please issue Billing software to all hotels. Because I think they will not pay tax properly. This software should not edit any bills. So 100 percent tax will be collected.
