While Planning for the NITI AYOG(Planning commision) it is requested to allocate some percentage of funds for renovation/ reneval and maintenance of equipment those projects completed in of previous FYP.This will ensure that the revenue funds are used for the purpose and not overlaped.Otherwise the projects/schemes fail for want of renovation of equipments. All equipments are guaranteed for five years there after the projects become burden on non-plan schemes which at the mercy of austerity

Please change the financial year to calendar year which is practiced in western and European countries This will avoid the tax evasion from individual and companies who are taking the advantage of different financial year in India and abroad. Give one time opportunity to all to bring the black money to India with normal tax without prosecution. Increase the base to Rs 3 Lakhs and the capital gain deposit to Rs 100 Lakhs since property price have increased. avoid service tax on passport service

National Health Policy should aim affordable treatment to masses through adequate insurance coverage for every citizen irrespective of cast creed religion financial status etc The objective has to be to make India healthy which will have a cascading effect on our ambitious program mes like Make In India. All are inter- related and PM & FM must develop courage to bring in reforms with an iron hand and shun populism in the larger interest of the country. The nationalhealth scheme should benefit all

Sir one more thing I would like to say is that our country should generate employment at the lowest level whether in villages or cities and citizens should be self reliant by earning and making themselves and MAKE IN INDIA. The inflation should be restricted to the minimum inescapable level for the betterment of citizens.

Sir may I request you to make life and health insurance mandatory for citizens of India. So that they can be more responsible to them selves and their families. Secondly, also do needful steps for crop insurance. This is a must and a national need for upliftment of farmers the ANNADATA of the country. Thirdly, there should be upper income tax limit for salaried class. It has been observed that maximum of income tax is given by the salaried class and those having potential to pay IT evade it.

This being the first Budget it should focus on development and shun competitive populism. Budget should put money in to the hands of consumers to boost savings and demand on one side and evolve a policy framework that will boost the concept of Make in India.A balanced budget aimed at these two important factors will kick start the economy and offer jobs to millions of young Indians looking for gainful employment. A Budget to boost production &services offering millions of jobs is what is needed.

Savings in 80C may be diversified to certain other areas, like direct investment in govt infra's, PSUs, agriculture etc. either in form of bonds or through banks by deposits into specifically designed bank accounts. Money can be deposited directly by the investor but not through D'MAT accounts, because it is maintained by agencies which deducting charges on investment as well as on withdrawal. Due to this feature investment may be less, if compare to GPF/PPF, L'Insurance, Long Term FDs, etc.

For individuals, I hear that, FM may raise exemption limits under 80C & incentives to save, spend on housing= GOOD. Let me add a point- India tops list of gold-consumers.[ I'm unable to understand ,if gold= An investment or consumption?] Let me assume , we have to convert consumption to investment.Let FM bring a program for indls. to invest upto 50% value of real-estate in form of gold deposited with banks+ own cash (10%) + soft-bank loans @ 5% int. He'll thus free Indians of blocked FUNDS.
