The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

My complain no in guragaon Commissioner ofc is 1950/cc and Complain in Bangalore Commissioner ofc is CP/CB 1927 ... what should Now I do when high command official are doing like this ,, 09416390011 Sudhir Kumar( Sub Inspector of Cyber Crime Cell Gurgaon) who not help me out and talk like Animals .. where Poor people should go for this ?? If i would son or relatives of Politicians , my Case would be solved in 1 hours ...But for Poor people No one is lisening even I think you sir ..

If any wrong information gas subscriber given. it will cut the subsidy and penalty 1 Lakh Rs.or more. Then saving money can use for the poor people. If you don't cut the unwanted gas subsidy then all will reanalyses the govt. with co-operates and wealthy people not with the poor. Many votes poll by poor voters not wealthy voters.

I have a complete plan for Wireless Cities and E-Services, companies with me willing to do these projects, myself have 19 years experience in IT. Also a Command room for CM's which will be hooked with up Admin, Police, Hospitals, Arms forces to handle any adverse situation like 26/11. Dont know how to take this further on large scale in India.

I voted BJP and Big fan of MODI but from last 1 month i am lossing hopes from this Govt because for 1 simple case police are not helping me out .. They are not taking it seriously .. India has more unemplyoment and Job fraud are taking money to give joing in MNCs Playing with student's feelings.. I complained it to Gurgaon and Bangalore Commissioner but no one lisening ,, Modi jee Help me out ..my contact no. 08882169730 ...how you are thinking to make Digital India by this Police Official ???

Mr. Arun jaitly have no dare to withdraw the gas subsidy for wealthy people in India. It is shame. There is way to remove many wealthy people from getting gas subsidy. A gas connection subscriber want submit a request letter that they can't cook food in their home with out the support of subsidy. Submit a return that mention all assets, income and valuables more than 5000 Rs. An abdevite that are truth given information. The applicant personal y want reach gas agency to submit all..

ब्रम्हपुत्र पर चीन द्वारा जितने भी बाँध तैयार हो रहे है एक दिन में सम्भव ही नहीं है और कांग्रेस के शासनकाल में ही बन रहा था लेकिन कांग्रेस अपने शासनकाल में चीन से बोलने की हिम्मत ही नहीं की कुछ करना तो बहुत दूर की बात है !

क्रिकेट पर मैच फिक्सिंग का आरोप लगता रहा इसके लिए शेएर बाजार के तर्ज पर "क्रिकेट ऑनलाइन" क्रिकेट (आई० पी० एल०, 20:20, 50:50 इत्यादि) के सभी तरह के खेल जिससे मैच फिक्सिंग के परेसानी के साथ सरकारी राजस्व की भी प्राप्ति होगी, किसी भी लाइन को मिटाने से अच्छा उससे अच्छे लाइन को कामयाब किया जाये जो देश एवं जनमानस को लाभ प्रदाण करे मुझे उम्मीद है पूरा देश इसे स्वीकार करेगा !
