The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Dear PMO Team, Kudos to you for this website. If you want to make Mr.Modiji's Digital India Dream True, Then you must overhaul BSNL. Even today, Ordering BSNL service in rural area is as painful as it was back in 90's. Anyone who places an order online will have to follow-up with local telecom office numerous times and then have to pay a bribe to get technician at home only to install a defective equipment.

Why we can not keep the hight of exhaust pipe of truck s at 8 ft as it is in many countries. This will give some relief to common man from smoke. Presently smoke from trucks directly on the face .

It's shocking that there is no information whatsoever available on http://punetrafficpolice.gov.in/ about the rules and regulations of traffic, the legal penalties and who(which designation) can charge you that fine. I am sure these rules do not change every year. And I am also very sure that the reason these rules are not made public is for the police to fill up their coffers and to "extort" whatever they feel like from innocent civilians.

Till the time complaint are being not monitored or being closed by police, it will not be effective closer. Complaint feedback system should be implemented to make police effective.

Why don' the law enforcers follow the law themselves??? The traffic police park their bikes wherever they feel like, even obstructing traffic. They do not do their duty of standing at the traffic signal, but they stand hidden behind a tree, waiting for people to break the signal and then they fine them. What kind of law enforcing is this? Are they there to fill up their pockets or to make sure that people do not break the law in the first place?
