The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

pm ji.. aap ne ye PMJDY to bna di pr iski dekh rekh to kijiye. sir me aprox 2 months se es yojna me account khulvaane ki kosis kr raha hu. or HDFC, AXIS, ICICI, OBC in sabhi banks me try kr chuka pr enme se koi bank bolta h ye yojna bnd ho gyi hmare bank me, or koi bolta h ye yojna seirf ladies k liye h.or axis bank ne to mujh se pehle form bhrva liya or foto id le li pr 2 months ho gye abhi tk nhi khula or ab bol rahe h k ye account only ladies k liye h plzz kuch kro.. fatkaar lagaooo

Dual pricing policy for Petrol and Diesel be followed to offset subsidy loss. Suggested mechanism - subsidized fuel for farm vehicles; two wheelers; cars less than 1000 cc and public utility vehicles; non subsidized fuel for Cars exceeding 1000 cc; SUVs; other retail purchases. Savings in subsidy be used to cross subsidizing other users.

I think first all of Modi Ji should block adult sites on the web. These things disturb the mind of a student, a working man or anyone who's helping in the great india. Thus these things are harmful for us. So block them.

Bio-metric system should be adopted all over India in all sectors in India so that Corruption ,Crime , duplication will be minimum and culprit person will be identified immediately with single Central Record Keeping Server. For Example 1.In Banks defaulters will be identified and multiple finance will be avoided and will save crores of rupees of our nation as CIBIL is not effective. 2. Police department can locate location of criminal easily if bio metric system will be adopted everywhere.

OPEN ONE BANK LIKE SWISS BANK IN INDIA WHERE A CITIZEN CAN DEPOSIT HIS BLACK MONEY , BUT WITH A PROVISION THAT IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BEFORE A CERTAIN TIME AND NO INTEREST IS PAID .INSTEAD A CHARGE CAN BE FIXED FOR DEPOSIT ONE TIME. THAT MONEY CAN BE USED FOR DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA. LAKHS OF CRORE CAN BE EXPECTED.

Reason behind most of crime across world is money/property, imagine if we link marriage/divorce to property. Sir, please stop Hindu marriage bill. please don't introduce IrBM. law. This law will be greatly misused.

श्री मान् मोदी जी आजादी के ६७साल बाद भी हमारे गॉव मे आज तक सडक नही है अस्पाल नही है कृपया श्री मान् जी कुछ ध्यान हमारे गॉव की तरफ भी दिया जाये!!!!

हर गांव के स्कूल में गेस्ट टीचरों की व्यवस्था हो। उस गांव के नामचीन लोग जिन्होंने अपने गांव से निकलकर या गांव में ही कुछ बड़ा काम किया है-उन्हें साल में एक या दो दिन बच्चों को अपना अनुभव सुनाने का मौका मिले। इसे स्कूल मिलकर सेलीब्रेट करे और इसका खर्च सरकार उठाए। यह बहुत खर्चीला मामला नहीं है। ऐसा करके हम साल में कम से कम 30 से लेकर 50 गेस्ट टीचरों की व्यवस्था कर सकते हैं। इसे पूरे देश में लागू किया जाए।
