The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

I prefer to see clean india. i agree most of us are not keeping it clean throwing all rubbish on the road. but there are no dustbins? that is the first basic thing to keep the garbage which can be taken by municipality. in all cities.

How to decrease MMR & IMR some suggestions- In India we lack in RCH training. Some training program should be made compulsory before marriage. May be tagged with "Sarkaar ko shadi ka nyota" under this RCH training, health check-ups of would be couples, registration for marriage, some gifts from Govt.( to motivate for participating), may be done. i suppose it will not only help in decreasing MMR & IMR but can help to control HIV, STD etc. Male participation in family planning will also increase.

Dear Sir, First of all I salute your vision, however we have very good plans and vision as well as always discourse each Government. I've been very close watching for last 40 years. As per my experience India faces biggest challenge to implementation of Plan. The real meaning of Plan should be "Plough in Land Area Network" and there should be Quality Check Team to count the real futuristic tree.
