The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Washing hands with soap reduces diarrhoeal disease yet inculcating this simple habit in school children is not easy. To address this issue an innovative approach is capturing the imagination of children, teachers and schools cooks. By introducing hardware that allows ten to twelve children to wash their hands at the same time, a mundane school routine has become a fun activity that is helping the habit to stick.

Sir kindly improve basic experimental facilities in the schools. Most of schools are doing only formality. And another thing is that English language is exploiting small children who dont know anything about english but they have to study all the syllabus in english medium. Children whose mother tongue is not english, are being played their lives. Please start their syllabii books in mother tongue. English kills the skills of children and craat an extra pressure on small children. Thanks.......
