The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

All the National Wealth is locked in Stock Market. Stock was introduced in order to generate working capital. Today, if you buy Tata Motors stock for Rs 700, That 700 does not go to working capital of TATA Motors. Stocks was allowed to be traded just to give the liquidity of the investor. To Make Stock a Level playground, Please introduce a lock in period for all stocks based on vertical. Thanks.

I am frequently travel by Trains and have heard about railway is doing loss. I don't understand why?. I can see there are lot of Irons rail and its parts are lying behind the ground and getting rusted. Recently, I was able to see the first indian rail track laid at Thane to CST, which was in proper condition but laying under round. If railway team collects such iron material lying ideal then this could help Indian railway a lot.

In India, Two things has to be control by Indian Government - Education and Medical. Majority of this institution are doing business in the name of Trust and trying to play with the common middle income group people of India. If Govt can bring fixed Fee Struture on School / Colleges and medical expenditure on all illness then this can be improved to a greater extend. Currently this expenditure are very expenses even for lower, middle and also for higher income group.

sir, there should be 550 digital offices in each MP constituency open to public. complaints passed on to relevant persons at district level then at state level then if unresolved at PMO level. these offices connected to PMO all the time work as monitoring stations for govt.and address the grievances .

I am aware of the fact that what I have written above is encroachment on the valuable time of the PM and perhaps some in your Office may laugh at me, still I am sure of quick and sure action by your Office in this matter, I myself do not know why I have developed such a strong feeling about you and your office functioning Sir! Kind regards Sachin Jain

3) If there is a recurrence of crime and same gang is involved case must be handed over to next level of officers. Like in the above case it is pretty clear Special Investigating Office is ineffective as several robberies have been conducted b same gang. 4) Last but not the least it must be inculcated in cops that serving citizens of locality is their duty and they must take all necessary steps to make neighborhood crime free. continue...

I would like to propose few suggestions here to make Delhi police effective: 1) Immediate steps must be taken to create fear of cops among criminals. This is lack of fear which is making criminals conduct petty crimes. 2) Police must be made accountable. Once an FIR has been lodged Special Investigating Officer assigned to FIR must provide regular updates to the citizen/s looted and steps being taken to solve the case. continue...
