Nutrition can be provided only by the means of eating the right choices of foods at the right times.
चूंकि इस पोषण पखवाड़े का मुख्य संबंध महिलाओं और बच्चों को कुपोषण से बचाने को है, इस बात का ध्यान रखना होगा कि बच्चों का विकास गर्भावस्था से ही चालू हो जाता है।
अतः गर्भवती महिलाओं को कुछ भी खाने से पहले यह ध्यान रखना होगा कि वह जो भी खा रही हैं वहीं गर्भ के शिशु को भी मिलेगा।
गर्भकाल के दौरान धूम्रपान और शराब का सेवन गर्भ में शिशु के लिए हानिकारक है। इससे बच्चों में जन्मजात विकृतियों के होने की संभावना बन जाती है।
समय से पूर्व पैदा हुए शिशु कमजोर व जीवन भर किन्हीं बीमारी से जूझते रहते हैं
सिर्फ अच्छे भोजन या पोषक तत्वों के खाने से शरीर नहीं बनता।
खाया पिया तत्व शरीर को लगना चाहिए तभी शरीर स्वस्थ रहेगा।
उसके लिए अच्छी आदतों का और नियमित दिनचर्या का पालन करना चाहिए।
सोने उठने का समय निश्चित होना चाहिए।
कभी रात 11 बजे सो रहे हैं तो कभी 2 बजे, इससे सुबह उठने का समय भी फिक्स्ड नहीं हो पाएगा।
पैदल चलने की आदत बनी रहनी चाहिए।
सारे समय मोबाइल पर नहीं लगे रहना होगा
