Nutrition food is important for good health. Daily eat seasonal fruits 8 _10 glasses of water should take. Traditional food is good. Daily 30 mins yoga and meditation is lead us to healthy life.Try to eat green leafy veggies, avoid junk food.

Here, at this stage, all the people seeing this comment are intelligent enough to understand that junk food on overeating is dangerous for health . We are , as a children , have some likes and dislikes on the basis of food but that doesn't mean that the food which we doesn't like had to be thrown away, there are thousands of families at red lights or slum areas we see in our day to day life , we can donate them that food . But , in case aren't able to do so , we can't just let that food wasted.

A BALANCE DIET IS MADE FROM THE FIVE FOOD GROUPS,STARACHY , CARBOHYDRATE S , FRUITS AND VEGETABLES,PROTINE ,DAIRY AND HEALTHY FATS . EACH PROVIDE S THE RANGE OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS TO OUR BODIES TO FUNCTION EFFICIENTLY.

भोजन बनाने से लेकर खाना खाने के तरीके का जिक्र हमारे पूर्वज कर गए यह तक की किस महीने किस सब्जी और किस फल का सेवन करना है जिसमे मानव जाति को गाय के दूध की पोस्टिकता का ज्ञान भी दिया कुछ धर्मो मे सूर्य छिपने से पहले भोजन करने की व्यवस्था है भोजन कैसा भी हो निर्भर करता है कि मनुष्य की पाचन शक्ति कितनी है भोजन तभी करे जब भूख लगे और जितनी भूख लगी है उससे एक रोटी कम खाये तथा खाने के कुछ समय पश्चात पानी पियें ऐसा करना मुश्किल है पर नियम खाने का यही है
