Good nutrition means your body gets all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals it needs to work it's best. 1.Eat plenty of fruit. To get the benefit of the natural fibre in fruits you should eat fruit whole rather than as juices. 2.Eat a variety of colours and types of vegetables every day. 3. At least half of the cereals, breads, pastas you eat should be made from whole grains. 4. Choose low fat or fat free milk. 5. Includes such food which contains proteins. 6.Drink plenty of water , take sleep.

Here, at this stage, all the people seeing this comment are intelligent enough to understand that junk food on overeating is dangerous for health . We are , as a children , have some likes and dislikes on the basis of food but that doesn't mean that the food which we doesn't like had to be thrown away, there are thousands of families at red lights or slum areas we see in our day to day life , we can donate them that food . But , in case aren't able to do so , we can't just let that food wasted.

we have to provide good nutritional food to all people, to escape from carona and to build some immunity power. But you were checking only some of the places where they get good food, but you have to check some poor villages whether they got good food to eat. Thank you 🙏

Eating food available locally. Rice based dishes in South and wheat based dishes in North. Lit if drinks infused with saffron, pepper, saunf, cinnamon. Desserts made of saffron, cinnamon and palm jaggery. Kadha, chawanprash on daily basis. If indulging in cheat food, then use healthy versions like wheat base for pizza, Jaggery and coconut sugar for cakes and puddings.
