for awareness of good food provide poshan chart to poor family through rashan dipo holder or school. Even poor only depand on dipu holder given ration but due to corrupton they give bad quality ration to poor which badly effect their helth system . Eaten that food they not feel good and not get energy for doing hard physical work so do such work sealed packed food can be provided to them. since dipo holder change ration wheet i.e givt.given to them with chief quilty wheet . Think on it.
