jivan ki shuruvat hi maa k dudh se hoti h .fir maa hi sare nutritions vale bhojan khilati h. jab ham badeho jate h tab bhi maa ghar ka bhojan khane and junk food se door rahne ko kahti h. junk food se duri banaye, ghar ka sadha bhojan,salad, fruits,fresh sabji.leni chahiye. vat pit ko dhyan me rakhe hue viprit bhojan nahi karna chahiye jaise dudh k sath namak

Sir,Good nutrition,as we know that,we found in every fruits,vegetables ,milk meat ,egg etc.But it can be fruitful when we take some exercise,rest mental satisfaction,peace into our life.Only it is possible when we can take as mentally peace.If we can avoid stress,then good nutrition we may find.Thank u
