The language is sometimes also a barrier of intellect. All the education system must be bilingual in English and Hindi supporting to regional languages like China and Japan. They have developed themselves by their own languages. All the professional n vocational program' syllabus should be designed on Hindi /English both.

The best way to learn language is through music. Human memory can remember music easily. Languages can be taught not only through poems but through actual songs sung in chorus. There are teachers available to teach music to teachers. Content development in different Indian languages and translation from one language to another with help of computers can bridge the cultural gap and also gap between rural and urban India.
