Honorable PM Dear Modi,
even after 70 years of Independent Bharat wasis are still away from banking in Rural areas
Skill of using banking are not trained in their local languages and they fear banking due to lack of support, You have tried best to bring them to main stream still lot have to be done Banks should approach to every house every women and men to connect to banking system.

not even a single citizen should be left out of banking in next one year so that we can stop 500 rs note and make only 200 rs and less as emergency transaction.
So deep dive banking system, payment system, wallet credit for eassy transaction with limit amount to 2000 rs should be made avail asap.

"One's you stop learning , you start dying" ~Albert Einstein~
Skill india 2.0 should focused on implementing the skills that are emerging and create more emplyoment like BLOCKCHAIN, IOT etc.
Honorable PM Dear Modi,
Every Village should have an RND center to invent and enhance products used in that rural area by maping all available technology across world for that specific product and improve from that bench mark. Gov Organizations should support in Import of technology training and adaptation of that technology.
Money going out of country for fosil fuel should immediately stop by going to EV before western world . so training for self implementing of charging points in every houses, apartments, Highways, Malls , Hotels and every parking should happen in full subsidy.

There is no connect with students and teachers of technical institutes with industries. Students do not get feel of industries during education. Teachers also have no experience of working in industry.
As nursing colleges and medical colleges are attached to hospitals, engineering colleges and other technical training institutes shall be attached to industries around.
Students and teachers shall be taken to factories and some senior technical person of industry shall explain the working of machines and making of the products.
This will generate interest about manufacturing industries amongst students and enhance the learning.
Practice makes a man perfect.
But once the perfection is achieved in one skill, it is the need of time to acquire another skill.
Professionals can not remain relevant with repetitive use of a particular skill in isolation. Market demand for particular product changes with changing times and changes in lifestyle.
Marketing techniques are changing. If the producers do not learn about new marketing techniques, they would not be able to sell their products and expand the market.
New production methodologies about cost, quality, safety and delivery of products and services shall be acquired and implemented at work place

Many teachers are not able to explain subject to students despite having good knowledge and make subject boring
On the other hand some teachers explain well and create interest amongst students even for a tough subject.
So, teachers training and upskilling is required to be given priority under New Education Policy.
It shall not be just a formality on papers.
The methodology and curriculum shall be prepared for different subjects and trainers shall be selected and trained carefully for at least following:
1. Upgrading educational qualifications or skills. A good teacher has to be a good learner.
2. Communication skill
3. Connect with students.
4. Behavioral ethics
5. Maintaining a balanced speed of course coverage. It shall not happen that some topics are given too much time and some topics are just touched
6. Revisions and reviews of subjects.
7. Making students aware about prevailing trends in industries and make them future ready.
We should create a boom with the help of tech knowledge. We all know ICT theory but don't know how to access it practically. Various private universities charge high fees but don't even bother to give resource ful learning and their main aim to earn profit. The courses related to Data science and Artificial Intelligence is very costly. So, my suggestion that govt should create a platform where student or an individual take lessons free of cost or less subscription model is also really helpful. People who retired from tech related post should be hired in this game changing environment. These people will inculcate their knowledge to Young ones cause its not everyone cup of coffee to do B.tech in Computer Science or etc. An awareness campaign should also encourage to aware students for the utility of resources in tech field and make them innovative.
