Sir, we dream bigger & bigger under our able P.M. on almost all subjects & making plans for execution to do well. 1st ideas/suggestions 2nd-filtering & planning 3rd- financing/fund arranging 4rth- executing/ executing protocols 5th-politics/it's mileage 6th- leakages/deliberate mis management then for washing out sake political blame game in the name of constitutional federalism & least/last is our final auditing clearing. These r the real skilling india mission going on macro aspects in India since long but the landscape is changing by our PM but still many miles to reach. Earlier skilling was individual pursuits as for liking/disliking, a micro choice of individual but now govt considers skilling a macro subjects & can be run through out country for quick/ speedy results. as i am in rural, i advocate more for rural where almost all good projects fail miserably bcz of lack of integrity. it is very late now to act on that lacking integrity of a few powerful ones who r doing bad toindia

Sir, reimagining skill india 2 should give importance to agro & food processing skills to our rural youths through out india so that our youth can have a little self confidence to carry forward that activities to next level. only a few northern states mainly Punjab & Hariyan r doing well in agro skilling with the help of migrant labourers fm Bihar, odisha & w.b. Sometimes/many times I doubt on stable & lengthy govt we elect recurringly as their performances r very dismal in many fronts. e.g. communist govt in Bengal under Jyoti Babu, Navin Babu govt in odisha, Nitish Babu in Bihar, Mamata didi in Bengal r all failing their subjects. So empowering skilling india 2 should have a mission, it should not be another file billing, record keeping, advertising, video shooting and lastly money embezzlement mission by our federalism states& centre. We can see where our lift & irrigation tube wells projects have gone & how the projects r doing well to farmers & how many farmers r paying electbill
