Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

We have skilled youth, capable of serving the country, but they are unemployed. The govt must bring out a mandatory rule that one person from every family should compulsorily serve the armed forces and be imparted with military skills if you want a safe future for our children.

मेरा सुझाव विश्वसनीय एवं योग्य कार्य क्षमता की तत्काल आवश्यकता को समझते हुए सरकार ने स्किल इंडिया 2.0 की पुनर्कल्पना की है। वर्कफोर्स को नए अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए भविष्य की जरुरतों के मुताबिक कार्य क्षमता का निर्माण पर फोकस किया गया है ताकि वे एक नए भारत के विकास में अपना योगदान दे सकें
पर है जो की निम्न विषयो पुर आधारित है
उद्योग कनेक्ट: भारत उद्योग 4.0 में प्रवेश कर रहा है तदानुसार उद्योग लिंकेज, मांग-संचालित उद्योग-प्रासंगिक प्रशिक्षण अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हो जाता है। स्किल के इस अंतर को कम करने एवं उद्योगों को मांग-आधारित कुशल जनशक्ति प्रदान करेगा,

एनएसक्यूएफ एलाइनमेंटः प्रतिभाओं को मांग के अनुरूप लाने के प्रयास में सरकार, राष्ट्रीय कौशल योग्यता ढांचे (एनएसक्यूएफ) के नवीनीकरण और उभरते उद्योगों के साथ तालमेल बिठाने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ रही है।

डिजिटल कौशल: DESH-stack ई-पोर्टल की शुरुआत से कौशल और आजीविका के लिए डिजिटल इकोसिस्टम को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा एवं यह एक कौशल से संपन्न देश बनने की दिशा में जटिल समस्

Sir, 1st skill india & now reimagining skill india 2, seeking ideas & suggestions but no one seeking to correct basic flaws of skilling human resources fm beginning then reaping the utmost skilling of India across the country. 1-Skilling india should go with schooling india fm very tender age, may be 6th class onward. when a young one comes out or drops out fm school, he/she may have been mastered some survival skilling india to manage a minimum livelihood for self. 2- atleast weekly four classes should be conducted for skill india in schools/institutions where fm hardware skilling such farming to house building & also soft ware skilling to be taught by experts. 3- in institutions such as Army where very less mental development attained by Jawans during their engagement in service should be taught skilling with disciplining , physical & trade traning as after completion of engagement they can make a decent livelihood without seeking govt group d jobs which mostly they r rewardedincivil
