I came across a post on LinkedIn " A great boss harnesses your strength and fills in for your weakness. FYI: THESE BOSSES ARE VERY RARE IN OUR COUNTRY. My bad i haven't seen any such boss. The majority of bosses we have are Gender biased and Casanova types including gatekeeper HRs. So no matter how many skills one learns to work hard because of such bosses and company politics there is no standard process followed in even top companies. Only learning skills will lead again to educated PPL but not employed PPL. So govt needs to balance it considering skills and fair work process in companies.

We have to implement "Skills Development" within our Education system. This should be included at University level. We do have internships, article ships etc. but these are mostly after a degree certification. An element of hands on experience during the formative years of University education will help students learn the necessary skills by graduation time and will help get jobs. Rote memorization at University level with only goal of getting "Govt" job or getting selected in high paying job in private sector should not be the focus. One should try to learn the application of knowledge gained. The "Skills" learned during graduation year can be compensated with relief in student fees or at village level to offer cash incentive. This will help female students to learn crafts that they do no choose. Best of Luck....
