Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

It would be a great bequest for the Skill India mission to provide a good Startup ecosystem in India, Which promotes the innovation and gives a boost up fuel for young entrepreneurs .

Some suggestions from my side for reimagining Skill India 2.0 :
(1) At least 4 PM Kaushal Vikas Kendras to be opened in all tier 2 cities starting from Holi.
(2) 20% of students to be given internship in TRIFED to make students aware of tribal industries & its potential.
(3)Students to pitch their entrepuenrship ideas out of which 5 best ideas can be supported with tax rebates by Government.
(4) In Kaushal Vikas Kendras, skills such as MS Excel/MS Word/Video Editing/Blockchains/Communication skills should be provided at urgent basis.
(5)Desh Stack-E-Portal to be included in Kaushal Vikas Kendras, SHOULD BE AN OPEN SOURCE for all students. Courses from top Indian universities of NIT,IIM,IIT,IISc,BHU,VNIT,NDA,LBSAA,Indraprashta University,Delhi University,Digital University should be given.
(6) UpSkilling companies should be asked to provide compulsory courses on International Relations, Economics, Public Administration, Public policy,National security.

12. अपने उद्योग क्षेत्र का विकास के लिए ओरियंटेषन प्रोग्राम भी किया जाना चाहिए।
13. जिस प्रकार विद्यालयों में कार्यक्रम जैसे गायन वादन डांस निबंध लेखन डायलाग वाचन मौखिक पाठन इत्यादि अनेक प्रकार एक उद्योग में भी होने चाहिए।
14. प्रतिवर्ष श्रमिकों एवं अन्य कर्मचारियों का वेतन वृद्धि भी होना चाहिए।
15. संचालक टीम को सभी कर्मचारियों के साथ उच्चधिकारी से लेकर श्रमिकों तक सभी के साथ प्रेमपूर्वक व्यवहार किया जाना चाहिए। उन सभी कर्मचारियों को सम्मान देना चाहिए। क्योंकि श्रमिक है तो उद्योग सही तरीके से चलेगा। यही सोच आपकी कंपनी को बहुत आगे तक ले जायेगा।
इस प्रकार हम डिजीटलीकरण, श्रमिकों का अच्छे वेतन भत्ते, मान सम्मान अवकाश एवं पे्रमपूर्वक व्यवहार करके उद्योग क्षेत्र को संसार के उॅचाईयों तक ले जा सकते है।

भारतीय उद्योग विकास के लिए मेरा उपाय इस प्रकार है’-
1. सर्वप्रथम सभी उद्योगों को पंजीकृत होना चाहिए। पंजीकृत की प्रक्रिया सही और ईमानदारी पूर्वक किया जाना चाहिए।
2. उद्योगों का एक टीम प्रबंधन होना चाहिए। जो सभी प्रकार के कार्यो का दायित्व निभा सकें एवं अपने उद्योगांे को एक सही मंजिल तक पहॅॅुचा सकें।
3. सभी कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षित होना अनिवार्य कर दिया जाये।
4. अनुभवी एवं फे्रशर कर्मचारियों को नियुक्त किया जाना चाहिए।
5. कर्मचारियों के वेतन भत्ते एवं अन्य लाभकारी योजनाओं को चालू करना होगा। कर्मचारी खुश तो काम भी बहुत ही अच्छा होगा।
6. पूरे उद्योग का डिजीटलीकरण किया जाना चाहिए। श्रमिकों के दैनिक उपस्थिति में आने से लेकर जाने तक का रिकार्ड डिजीटलीकरण होना चाहिए।
7. पूरा उद्योग क्षेत्र कैमरे की सतत निगरानी में होना चाहिए।
8. कामकाज पूर्णतः डिजीटलीकरण तरीके से होना चाहिए।
9. कर्मचारियों को समय पर छुट्टी एंवं समय समय पर अवकाश का प्रावधान होना चाहिए।
10. सभी कामकाजों का डिजीटल कर देना चाहिए।
11. सभी श्रमिको को समय समय पर प्रशिक्षण भी देना चाहिए।

Skill India means skilled man power of our country to contribute in development.
1 Traditional skill should be present in new flavour with technology.
2 Traditional skill should be connect with new technology.
3 Skill village concept should be adopted for develop new skill.
4 Skill development centre has been established in village level.
5 A social mentality should be changed about skill knowledge.

skill-r each&every individual r verient such as r country in diversity still cn find ability 4 oppurtunity it's a skilling & that's has 2be develop
if think of r country there r variety of opportunity
skill means that problem solving &
each having diffirent capacity of interest or grasping
r country is not complete developed so
the issues sorrounded by u &your skilling/approach
jokes a part
2yrs here sharing ideas/suggestions purely no repeat or ierelevant 1st yr thought that each time what new cn be written but not enough able 2write down different &each point
so it's r attitude &when start r work
eg-in u tube give money by lakh on subscribe why good no doubt but also should strict rules 4company person earn money without work &in case if ..close without doing work how cn earn money even safe job person not buy car&so on only utube just base on sympathy
fake/fraud then where is skill so start also 4them tax or else money should in india
