Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World.

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

cont-- , talent magnets and big sources of exports. Digital service sectors have evolved along many different paths, but they have certain key attributes in common: adequate digital infrastructure, technology-literate end-users, technology talent with entrepreneurial spirit, and a friendly business. In a number of countries, but by no means all, governments have played a key role in getting the digital ball rolling with strategies, policy initiatives, investment incentives and even funding. Plethora comes from a similar Greek word meaning "fullness. But some time it can be said as excess or abundance. There are things which the government should always take care of. Data security and privacy are two high-profile areas countries need to get right. Digital innovation has the potential to unlock similar value in healthcare. It can expand access to health services and improve their quality; it can equip patients with the tools to manage their own cont-

Except manufacturing skill other skills are god's gift...even if we train someone to draw painting it won't be appealing. We should create institutions where people can develop and train their skills of interest, it should start from the schools and give training to upskill. Should not make skill training as mandatory subject in the schools but optional with some grace mark to find the potentials in children.

cont-- Patience why not we sit and think first before writing the sentences for this beautiful topic. The matter or suggestion or ideas comes once but the implementation and work out and results can be seen many times. Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are: @ really INDUSTRY CONNECT and DIGITAL SKILLS. In the field of digital era we should always remember that in digital era connectivity counts. In this situation imagination should be to a limit for example imagination of a country sector, industry or area of endeavor that cannot benefit from digital services is impossible to imagine. so in this situation what we have to do@ Firstly we have to think what exactly works The services enabled by digital technology are economic growth drivers, job creators, cont-

If we concentrate on the essences and branches of Ideas than we will find our self in a place where our ideas may or may not work on the suggestion table to become the skill capital of the world., than we will come to a point that every starting point is the miracle of GOD and there is no doubt in it. So we should not get upset or hold someone to give us suggestion, this is not the way to develop the skill. Suppose if I don't know about this topic and started to throw in the air like for Example If I said ABC, no one will understand me or a question will arise in there mind, so to disclose this question If I give an answer that ABC is a name of a person ALOK BIHARI CHATTERJEE, I am not wrong but the ideas was asked to submit for the development and skill capital of the world there is no work with his name. In the same way if I say again ABC, now this time citizen may say I am totally mad but my clear answer is NO, I am not mad@ ABC means ANY BODY CAN. so, why we are loosing cont--

Document control department is the missing part in our system. Every organisation should have this department, consisting an engineer & a cleric staff with basic IT knowledge. This department will be very active during project phase once the project is complete and operation starts there activities are minimal. They maintains dossiers of civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation (layouts, design, data sheets, specifications, manuals, QA/QC inspection reports etc). During project phase they are the single point of contact for Engg.Consultants & Engg.Contractors from client side. Drawings prepared by contractors are initially reviewed by consultants if they satisfy, it is submitted to clients for review, after clients comments resolution is done approved for construction drawings are prepared and submitted by contractor. If client fails to reply within 7 days of it is treated as approved by client. Trainings on Document Control Process/procedures shall be initiated.

Creating better jobs and investing in relevant and inclusive education and training is a priority to achieve successful transitions from school to work. It is equally critical though, to think how we can create more dynamic and real-time feedback loops between labor markets and skills development systems to improve young people’s prospects for employment.

Skill development and new models of learning will be central to the recovery post-COVID-19. It will help in preparing young people to develop their capacities to respond to rapid changes in employment and entrepreneurship in such sectors that are hardest hit by the crisis. Therefore we can say that this in the long term is to adapt skills development systems to changes in the economy of the world that the COVID-19 pandemic and recession will bring.
