job creation is the complete responsibility of central and state government. instead of establishing industries in metropolitan cities corridor ,establish where the poverty is more and GDP contribution is less. for example bihar. establish those industries which produces products which india is imports from other countries and reduce dependency on other countries for import like semiconductor industry . centre must establish industries through PPP model, FDI and initial public offering.

Numerous documents like bills, and annual reports are printed and couriered across India by various corporate and institutions. All such labor intensive activities should be outsourced to smaller towns and should be handled by small entrepreneurs. This will reduce the cost and people in small towns will get an opportunity to work at their home town rather than running to metros. Economic activity will increase in these areas and shall automatically result in development.

Even if any one offers us "Sweet" or "Food" we remain curious to know as to what is the occasion, as to why sweet or food or anything is being offered by someone. But it a great surprising rather shocking that a party did not at all was interested to know as to who is the wellwisher and why he has donated huge sumof "Two Crore" 50 + 50 + 50 + 50 Lacs.
What a world.

Every person is being issued with an Adhaar card(including child). This should be used to record the working status of a person every year (ex. student, employed, unemployed etc). If a person is unemployed and would like a job, his/her qualifications, age etc should be available with the aadhar card identify. This requirement can act as a database for both government and private sectors to recruit genuine people in need of job, based on their qualification.

If our country wants to give shelter to all then the prices of Cement and other products like River sand has to come down. Since transporting riversand from Tamilnadu to Pondicherry state is a prohibited act then without river sand how one can construct pucca buildings. Eventhough lot of alternative materials are coming but those materials are substitute to the river sand only. If the rivers are Nationalised problem will be solveed
