Assume money required to collect 100000 kg GARBAGE (G) is 15000 i.e. 0.15 Rs/kg. Instead of spending in collection govt can start buying it from housing societies, etc at designated location for same or less price. The inept transportation & collection system will improve. Fine for littering & pay a premium if G is properly sorted. Unattended G can be attended by skeletal municipal staff however, this situation will not come & people may start stealing and selling G. This will kill unemployment
In foreign countries ,everyone has their own respect of their work but in our country if anyone do small work the people stare them instead of respecting them ,why ?if we Indians can't give respect or courage or moral support which they need and discriminate how our India will be developed.like other countries our country should be broad minded and think that no work is small ,if it doesn't happened sir,I swear our India's future is dark everywhere in future no one will try low graded job .
I have a great idea for creation of jobs.Let all govt service is a tenute of 15-20 only with a clause of pension (minimum 50 % of of last basic pay ) for all retaired personnel.if this follows a person with a service entry at the age of 20-25 got retaired at 40-45.this will help for creation of post.hence the berojgari will finished.and country india will also get young people for s devloped india.
Res Sir, my observation about MLA/MLC and MP develpoment fund is that most of the amount is expended on construction and civil work and maximum amount on computer purchase.Unfortunately both the areas have MARGIN PROVISION i.e.wasted interest of all means execution agency, peoples representative etc.so it is time to review the parameters of this funds.
Sir, It is necessary to make the bank procedures transparent and simple. Banks are reluctant to give loans to small enterprises which in fact generate more that 75% of employment. I have been facing this problem for last six months. It seems difficult to do business in India for Indians. I appreciate the concept of MAKE IN INDIA but we should also give priority to MADE IN INDIA. RBI should have clear defined rules for all banks including interest rates and the rules should be accessible to us
Sir, today SME and MSME is dying because of stupid advancing practises by abnsk ..They start asking of re-payments with interest even before the revenues start flowing or the project is in just construction stage....Advances by banks should be realistic in re-payment schedules...This policy failure is the main reason for NPAs, closing of MSME/SME and un-employment thereby....5:25 scheme as for big loans above 500 crores be also extended for stressed MSME which will help a lot for their survival
MSME sector role is very important to eradicate unemployment problem. And all PSBs should give loan with low R/I...........
to develop the scheme of "GRAM SWARAJ".
through out bjd party from odisha &started bjp in odisha. for bright future of odisha.
more jobs can be created if the following are done at the earliest
1) promotion of ssi units. - because these units will genearte more jobs, will maintain equality and evenly distribution of resources .
2) development of skill - employment and employability both has to be increased. if one person has the skill/chances of getting jobs increases.
3) development of tourism industry, this industry will give more jobs than any other.
