Pmo should add one group , where people can inform about corrupt people, those who has collected huge dispropotionate assets .then forward these complaints to cbi. Corrupt officials will b afraid of corruption. N silently this work can go on. State govt emplotees complaints should b forwarded to state cbi units. This is a gud solution.bcs redhanded catching a v difficult n corrupt r v vigil whie accepting bribe. Open at mygov group for information of all india corrupt govt staff. A gud step .

As i aware In Tamilnadu there is a practise of group forming within ladies in count begins from 12 to 20 and they contribute some money for rotation in any bank and they gets benefit out of the group, this became as huge power hub in tamil nadu also may be in all over India if i not mistaken. if this plan get this much success, why we cont make our youth as a team of ten members to make a business of their own? why our banks cannot give them loan? they will create job to others also in future..

Sir, ban by law visit of all govt officials to small units.if anyone visits or call by phone , should b allowed to b handed over to police. Do this for 5 years, perception will change n people will take interest in mfg. 2 small units r being harassed by fraud unions n labour inspectors. They write complaints to the inspector n then extort money. No interest of worker is looked after. Unions should b ban for units upto 50 workers.small units r discouraged by these people. These r practica things.

Sir, take care in this budget. 1 provide finance for very small units upto 50lacs without collateral n too much documentation.2 allow small units to manufacture for big brands under low tax rates n moreover bypassing central excise officials, bcs they ask on phones or by visits, monthly, quarterly n yearly huge bribes. 3. Cbi (anticorruption) should monitor closely, excise range, division preventive n anti evasion staff at commissionerate. Most of suptt/ac/dc/jc/adc/ commissioner r above 100cr.

We must encourage MSM enterprise so that equitable distribution of income among common citizen rather than only growth rates only which does not necessarily reflect our socioeconomic improvement . Like traditional works( jewellery making, carpentry, hand-loom etc) which are done inside home and our people learn that skill from generation to generation, it should be given diploma certificates for social recognition , skill and loans from bank with liberty to purchase .

This is not the right group to post this msg but I could not find any other relevant group to share this concern. Per me the retirement age for government staff should be raised to 65 years. This not only makes them financially strong but independent too. They can also use their knowledge and experience in an effective way.

There should be at least some kind of restriction to the foreign companies. I know there are huge supporters to open and globalised economy, and WTO does not allow us to put restrictions, but it has to be done in one way or the other. Currently we have strong diplomatic leadership. This is the best time to put on any possible restrictions on the foreign products' sales, so that they don't recklessly flood the India markets with their products and leave our SMEs to grow.

This is very important sector-SME and MSME. Govt has not any scheame to promote this sector. All the rules/scheames are bullshit. I wanted to setup a water botteling plant and needed funds but when I mailed IDBI for this, they told that you are out of distance crieteria. If you want to create jobs, you need to provide funds to set up SMEs. Govt is totally failed in this sector and it will not achieve its aim of creating jobs until they focus on this sector.
