The biggest problem in mining coal is Mafia nexus and involvement of state in mafia. Even if you open up commercial coal mining you are not ending mafia. Unless you end mafia with brutal means same coal scam will return.

In respect to RBI & Banks, I want to suggest that, to control over the NPA and making bank economically healthy, Audit autonomy given to Banks should be withdrawn as early as possible, because, Administration and Audit both power should not be with same institute e.i. bank, the bank branch audit either nationalised or private bank having public deposit,Audit must be done by RBI by allotment to CA, it will save the public and govt. interest, further, banks will be strong and healthy, best wishes

Overall government should become rich getting more revenue and use that money to develop the infrastructure of schools, colleges, hospitals, roads, sports etc., The poor and lower middle class should lead a respectable and better life style. The profit making companies should also use the money for the development in true spirit and should provide employment in a corporate style environment. Every work/effort/transactions should be on the basis of sacredness in the service of the nation.
