Manufacturing units of various items which controls the price rise and produce the items which is useful for medium and lower category people should be encouraged and try to maximize the production of such types of essential goods e.i. wheat, rice, edible oil, sugar, onion, dal and various types of day to day essential goods to the common people. the employment should be enhanced by skill development direct incentives to the employee of such sector of manufacturing including agriculture products

Sir, In the last week, I had gone through a bad experience of poor medical practices adopted by current doctor's. I realized that still lot of things to be done in health sector and very few supports are available to fight with such ill practices of doctors. I want to meet you personally to discuss on the issue and would like to start a project to aware Indian people and to protect from in-experienced doctors. Please help me to fight on it, I have lost my baby due to gross negligence of doctor.

During day time train travel in chair cars people are sitting for nearly 10 to 12 hours,for them head restraint is provided but the head cushion is only at the height of the neck,so making people uncomfortable to sit,If they want to lay their head up there is no cushion or head restraint &making further inconvenience. Designers should allow the head restraint to move up & down for individual passenger or provide best alternatives using different methods, so people burden can be further reduced.

Solution 5.To handle work harassment: Setup work centers, similar to judiciary system. Have work centers in village,district,state, & central work centers,to process &settle the issues.Issues like work pressure,too much harassment,illegal work cultures,employee exploitation,not providing basic safety measures all should be given judgment in 10 days & total higher level up to central courts should be completed in total 30 days periods.Use retired judge,human rights people,think tank to form laws.

Solution 4.To handle personal life failure suicide issues, encourage social life,encourage free yoga, meditation classes, in worst case enable laws to promote easy marriage or living together or divorce or getting separated system.Allow citizen to choose way of life in easier way & prevent suicide,also promote counselling in work centers,public hospitals, area wise,even in temples. From 7 std to college life teach what is life,why you are attracted to opposite sex,how to handle it gently.

3.Solution to handle health related suicide: Ensure from birth to death all citizen get covered with insured cover for both private & public hospital.For more expensive treatments & major operation,list waiting list, patient list, online in public hospital,with VIP & emergency quota also.Provide all treatments to keep them live till they got surgery or major procedure.This reduce considerable suicide due to unable to provide health expenses. Set up private managed national health care system.

2.Solution for suicide due: To handle carrier suicide problem -- enable high level training and pure merit based short-term courses and licence for low-level and med level jobs,so any one can learn and get govt authorized certificate.So working and earning will not be a big problem for citizen and in turn country will have huge pool of highly advanced low and medium class workers also similar to high-tech people. Instead of compelling 15 yrs of education to have carrier use short courses.

Suicide a big problem affecting family,economy,country. There are 5 types,1.Due to Finance problem,2.Due to career problems,3.Due to health problems,4.Due to personal life failure,5.Due to work harassment. Solutions:1.To handle finance,make law any authorized & unauthorized loans,lending,borrowings,jewel loans costing 0 to up to 10 lac should insured,if failure lender can't approach court using blank bankbook or other documents.Favor lender up to 25 lac there is no need to show source of income.

Save lake to prevent floods,instead of saving all lake & pond,choose & save 1 lake out of 4 lake,remove silt & convert lake into 30 or 40 feet depth,Build concrete wall &build rain water reaching lake.First choose selected all lake in entire city/state & declare them national asset.Give contract every year to complete conversion of 1 lake per yr in a district.From rain water harvesting in-house form separate path to reach lake.when Lakes occupied by people, buy them & convert 1 in a yr.
