Sir I request you to please do some thing for us the so called upper caste community. Sir we are facing too much problem due to reservation. Sir I am not saying to end it but it can be lessen by 20-30%. Sir we are working hard but not getting the jobs due to this.

In respect to incentives for employment generation in manufacturing, Govt. have many scheme of incentives,but, it was not honestly benifited to people.There should be incentive policy related to employee on the basis of actual production,instead of electricity,loans int.,etc., the benefit should be directly deposited to employee's accounts on the basis of actual production. so, that manufacturer will get subsidy on payment of wages/salary to employee's enrolled in ESI/PF registered.

continued... Traffic police must check the vehicles whether the vehicle is registered or not. If not registered they should impose fine. Traffic police must be provided electronic machines to enter the vehicle details and get the fine receipt electronically.( avoid hand written receipt) This type of process also avoid pollution due to bad shape of the vehicle. Registration to be renewed only if the vehicle is in good condition. I feel this is a good suggestion. Govt. must look in to this.

Continued... With is also it is easy to locate a vehicle. Also every year at the time registration, the vehicle need to undergo a testing process. Vehicle should be in good condition at the time of registration. This also avoid the accidents due to bad condition of the vehicle. Testing center and registration office should be in one place all over India. This really creates jobs and generate income to the government. Please look in to this. Thanks and Regards.

Dear PM sir, My suggestion is to start a new ministry called RTA(Road Transport Authority). All the vehicles in India (including two wheeler) to be registered. Registration to be renewed every year. Each time registration fee will minimum Rs. 50 starting from two wheeler. Fees will increase to saloon cars, and commercial vehicles. with this there will be job creation in each center. Registration office to be opened in every small city. It also generates revenue to govt. and create jobs.Conti..

Dear PM Sir, All in economic indicators r giving a signal that economy is doing well. It was heartening to note that India ranked no.1 in FDI beating China. But these changes are not being felt by common man. Common man is pinched by the soaring prices of vegetable, pulses and items of day to day need. WPI might be down but common man is waiting for inflation to go down. Inflow of FDI has not resulted in job creation. Everything takes time but people do not understand, they want fast results.

As like hovercraft, a new idea a new innovation like flying hover bike in future India we can use for defence, security, logistic courier supply, national security protocol others a new idea I just share bharat mata ki jai..vande maatram jai hind.
