As we all know meditation, excercise and we'll balanced diet are the key points to stay fit and healthy. I want to share my Grandfather's story. My Grandfather's name was Ranchordas a villager and a retired school teacher. He used to walk as he could, he never said to use vahicle till any urgency Togather we did our work ourselves whenever my grandmother said to buy vegetables and groceries. We used to walk 1 to 2 km on foot to buy this and we enjoyed seeing shopes and talking our trivial matters that time was much enjoyable than now to day this stuff. Now I realised that why they told me to walk on foot and some time to stroll because he was conscious of his health and mine too and the rest of family. Thay learn me a lesson that don't use for energy on trivial thing until they are important. So moral of the story is "Don't depend on vahicle until you can walk. Because this time is for IT and this is makeing us indolent so wake up and use to walk daily atleast 1km to stay fit.

We may survive having food and water, but to live we all need some care and love. so I suggest, we must discuss about health relationships, open minded people stories with our family, friends, and others. And also see child in you, you will find yourself. To be happy we must understand ourself first. Do what you wanted to do and want to do. Then only you feel happy and healthy. Happy and healthy mind gives you strength to excercise, have healthy food, and other good habits. #be true yourself.

further to my coments,,.. In meditation main thing is that our body, heart, cells will get rich oxygen thereby body and heart will be healthy. instead of taking medicines , instead of getting stroke risks, if we practice meditation , the heart will be strengthened and no heart disease will come to us.

further to my coments.... while chanting pranavanamdam , the breath i.e. slow inhale and slow exhale will be equal and approximately 15 to 18 seconds, that means in a minute we will take 4 to 5 inhalations and exhalations. during this process your heart will work in clam manner . the entire oxygen what u inhaled will be transferred to blood thru lungs and the blood will be enriched with oxygen and this oxygen will be transfered to all cells. there by all cells will be 100% active and will be healthy. including heart cells and muscles.
