further to my comments... As prevention is better than cure, we need to caring our heart , before it gets tired. the best way is meditation. For this we need to sit in Padmasana in neat and clean room( open space is much better,) and do meditation. Keep your spinal card straight and take long and slow breath. and again exhale breath at slow and long manner. like wise do as much as u can. at least minimum half and hour in a day. Best way is chat ' pranavanadam '.

A little boy loved to come and play around it everyday. He climbed to the treetop, ate the apples, and took a nap under the shadow.

Respected Sir Regards, I am not a writer, but if through my Sarkar app I was also getting the privilege of writing my life story on the world's largest digital platform, then it is my good fortune. This story is not a good bad story but a personal positive thinking, it will not be an exaggeration, which always inspired me to move forward that in the heart of the person there is a self-motivating person, other than that no one can motivate you. Can in the world.I suffered from polio till the age of 10, then suffered from asthma till the age of 24, then at the age of 31, my father died. God resides in me, moving with the same thinking, faith, I am moving ahead by winning polio, asthma, mental stress and also received a batch of "Change Maker" from the world's largest digital platform Meri Sarkar App. Heartfelt thanks for that.

Nearly half of them around 23 training slots are in Tamil Nadu. Tamilnadu better off compared to several others with nearly 50 vascular surgeons. After Tamilnadu there are a handful in states such as Karnataka, Gujarat, Delhi, Maharashtra mostly in the private sector. There are less than five surgeons in Madhya Pradesh, Uttarprad
