A Happy Heart.. 1. Can you imagine the last time you were happy? When you could do all that you wanted to.. That too working in the "Right" direction! When your dreams were fulfilled.. Didn't it give you both satisfaction and fulfilment? And how to attain this? To come up with solutions, on a common ground, that are both right, as well as rewarding! 2. A healthy and happiest person also needs 3.5-4 hours of sleep.. The sadder one is, s/he require more amount of sleep.. That's why they don't feel like getting up! Thus, a "correct" amount of sleep is required for each individual..

Today's youth give great importance to fast food, perhaps they do not know that fast food is a delicious and sweet poison for our heart, which we eat with great fervor. This is what I mean to the youth of our society.
