I am a student of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ezhimala. On the occasion of World Heart Day, a poster exhibition was conducted by the members of the science club, in the morning assembly. And after the morning assembly, a Zumba fitness session was conducted by the adventure and sports club. A fitness trainer was invited as a coach and chief guest to the event. All the students of the secondary section participated in this event, and we all exercised and enjoyed for the next 1 and half hour. We also had a small Garba in the form of Zumba dance.

Do brisk walk, running, swimming, cycling etc. Heart-pumping aerobic exercise is recommend at least 150 minutes per week of moderate activity for good health of heart.. avoid smoking. include fruits in diet.

Do meditation, yoga, pranayama, prayers etc daily.. Spent your little time with yourself in silence and peaceful atmosphere.. don't miss your best friend within you .. he will help to make you cool and happy
