Sir in present scenario one cadre is being treated supreme and this trend should be checked immediately they behave with general public as gyna pigs and treat them as their slaves they are being given great privileges of big houses big cars and big powers there should be a parallel examination also by any agency so that this supermacy of a particular cadre may be broken .If a person holding the equivalent post by promotion he should also be awarded the same cadre IAS. Once getting selection in any cadre doesn't means that he /she is King as has been once selected by UPSC. This tendency of differentiation of a big people medium people and low level people causes a peculiar kind of stress which ultimately makes a person of lowest category heart patient . Pertinent to mention here that these people have no source of treatment too. Ignorance and dis respect everywhere makes them vulnerable to brain strokes and heart failures. Social equality should be ensured immediately .

Social Insecurityy is the main cause of heart diseases among the larger groups of society .Sir the newly recruited Government employees who have given option of new pension scheme lacks social security and is main reason of stress and that causes ultimately the heart diseases secondly the working environment in public sector is absurd and there are no norms n incentive for a honest worker rather a hard worker get punishment and the Clever and corrupt employees always getting rewards. Havoc of casteism regionalism and language is another main cause of discrimination and stress .Likewise the transfer policy in States is the main cause of stress amongst the honest employees fear of transfer in state government is another reason of stress among its employees there should be a clear cut provision that no employees should be transferred more than 100 KM away from his home district.Sir for women employees from class one to four they should be posted in their home distt/ one of three optio

The dictatorship trend of top beaurocrates of Central and state government is the main cause of immense pressure and demoralization of subordinate officers. These top bureaucrates thinks themselves as kings and the employees serving under them always work under immeasurable pressure and thereby they are becomingg the patient of high BP diabetes and heartrd diseases and their output is also not optimal .Say for example if in any institute a leader issue and order that no employees would be granted any leave in any condition up to 2 months then it's impact would be very very negative and by and large the employee even may die ultimately due to heart failiure. There are chances that he may suffer high BP brain stroke or heart diseases. Top level bureaucrats should be first trained how to behave with their juniors . In corporate sector every employee get respect and their growth is justifying the imact of environment. In public sector position is just reverse. Urgent need of making bal
