God gifted us by a wonderful system. We have to refresh it everytime we use it. heart or Brain or both at a time. It is happy heart. If both fight together we lost our happiness. So keep balance both heart and Brain.

inspiring story behind happy heart is our own way of thinking. every individual has its own way of thinking and keep ourselves happy. if we are happy our heart is happy to keep our heart happy, do good and have good. health is wealth.

Respected sir, I'm from telangana mahabubnagar district, padmavathi colony, in our colony roads land surface has been increased as per own wish, we are unable to park our bike in front of our gate due to increase in roads surface

I am sharing only my opinion, I think if we stay happy and kept ourself please in what we have. I think we can get relief from many health related issues. And regular exercise is also necessary.

For happy Heart Please do following things as follws 1. Sudharshana kriya, its a new innovative breathing technique from art of living foundation 2. Do suryanamaskars @ 12 rounds 3. Listenning Music and also melodioues songs 4. Phsically chit chatting with school mates and near and dear friends 5. playing games 6. Cutting jokes and listening jokes as it the act of laughing triggers some feel good hormones inside our body which gives us pleasant 7. spent with nature 8. Trecking in forest 9. Visiting water falls 10. Visititing sea shores or oceans or ponds 11. Touring with wife and family

Dear sir For good heart, Cycling and swimming is the best exercises and its a good aerobic exercises. Surya namaskar is good one to reduce the LDL and increase the HDL chelosterol. Some tips 1. Exercise 2. Playing volleyball 3 . Listening and playing music 4. enjoying with children or Fest celebrations 5. Drinking coconut water 6. picnic or tours
