Technology to utilise the forces of nature for doing work to supply human needs is as old as the first sailing ship. But attention swung away from renewable sources as the industrial revolution progressed on the basis of the concentrated energy locked up in fossil fuels. This was compounded by the increasing use of reticulated electricity based on fossil fuels and the importance of portable high-density energy sources for transport – the era of oil.

Dear Pm, somewhere ur govt has to drop the oligarchs identity accused of by some motivated groups mostly deadly combo of C+C parties and their affiliate unions. Here is the opportunity to convert our farming sector into small micro producer of renewable solar energy for their own farming consumption and rest surplus to grids.Big corporates r to be made abstaining away from exploiting small micro farmers so that a born free farmer who dares not for profitering like soldier who sacrifices his life

For Hydrogen Energy Mission Govt. should give out BOOT based contracts to MNC companies to install Hydrogen generation plant at the coal mines along with transmission pipeline to connect the existing network of oil/ gas pipelines of GAIL/ ONGC/ HP/ Indian Oil, etc. The hydrogen generated by coal gasification can be transported via these pipes to various end users. Also the same infra be used or developed so that coal gas or coal (washed/ pulverised, etc) can be sent to power plants.

make it compulsory for every plot under one ownership having size greater than 300 sq m to generate 50 percent for its requirement through solar panel else pay 150 percent for normal charges for every plat having 500 sqm area 75 percent of requirement else 200 percent of bill for more than 1000 sqm 100 percent through solar panel else 250 percent of bill as electricity charge these changes cannot be brought over the night so appropriate time must be given to existing buildings

Dear Pm, people from hinterland across country may be trained practical handling and utilising of solar energy panels & also repairing.so that they can be self sufficient in this area and will less depend on grid or free electricity from govt. These people can be made producers and no longer they will ask for freebies. proper training and confidence building measures to be imparted them village wise so that they will no longer opt for migration to cities or Dadan works. make participation must.
