On 15th August every year, the Prime Minister speaks from the ramparts of the Red Fort and lays out the government's programmes and policies. Over the last few years, the Hon’ble Prime Minister has directly invited ideas and suggestions from citizens for the Independence Day Speech. Similarly, this year too the Prime Minister invites citizens to contribute their inputs for New India. So, now you have the opportunity to tell your ideas, give word to your suggestions and crystallize your vision. PM Narendra Modi may pick up some of the ideas in his speech on 15th August.

My fellow citizens,Today, from the ramparts of the Red Fort, we must speak the absolute truth about where our nation stands and where it urgently needs to go. True development cannot be measured by slogans; it must be felt in the lives of our students, our farmers, and our youth.1. Eradicating Unemployment and Securing Student RightsOur greatest asset is our youth, yet millions are trapped in the despair of unemployment. We must move beyond temporary fixes and create sustainable, dignified jobs for everyone. To the students of Jharkhand and every other state fighting for their future: you deserve your rights, transparent exams, and fair opportunities. The systemic neglect of our student community must end today.2. Revolutionizing Indian SportsIt is time to reform our sporting culture from the ground up. We must fix Indian football, invest heavily in grassroots academies, and elevate every single sport to international standards. Our athletes possess immense talent, but they need world-

Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, On India's 80th Independence Day, I humbly propose "Digital Swaraj 2047 - One Digital Guardian in Every Family." India is emerging as a digital and AI power, but deepfakes, digital-arrest scams, QR/OTP fraud and misinformation threaten citizens' trust and savings. Students from schools, colleges, ITIs, NSS and NCC may be trained as Digital Guardians, with each youth guiding ten families, especially senior citizens and small traders. A government-operated "Bharat Verify" facility linked to the cybercrime portal and 1930 helpline could help citizens check suspicious audio, videos, links and screenshots. Every 15 August, a 15-minute Digital Safety Drill may be conducted nationwide with the message: "Pause, Check, Verify - Then Trust." This mission can make India a global leader in safe, inclusive and trusted AI. A detailed proposal is attached. Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!

One Skill, One Opportunity: Empowering India’s Youth My suggestion for a Viksit Bharat is to launch a national “One Skill, One Opportunity” initiative that gives every young Indian access to at least one practical, future-ready skill free of cost. Along with academic education, students could learn skills such as Artificial Intelligence, coding, digital design, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, communication, digital marketing, creative arts and traditional Indian skills through short, certified courses. The most important part of the initiative would be connecting these skills with real opportunities. After completing a course, students could be connected with internships, apprenticeships, freelance projects, mentors and local businesses through a trusted national platform. This can especially benefit students from rural and economically weaker backgrounds who may not have access to expensive skill-development programmes

Honorable Prime Minister, I have independently made a examination delivery & security framework, to strengthen the integrity, security and auditability of high-stakes examinations in India. The architecture uses the CBT-based examination as a primary mode with a controlled OMR fallback and layered security: protected Question Bank isolation, attribute-based access control, Trusted Execution Environments, encrypted and time-controlled examination delivery, authenticated centres, cryptographically bound candidate/form assignment, encrypted CBT responses, a separately protected Answer Base activated only after examination closure, deterministic evaluation, independent security monitoring, audit trails and controlled recovery. This is an independent technical concept, not an existing Government implementation or guarantee. I respectfully request expert evaluation and consideration for a controlled pilot if found useful.

A National Balance Sheet for Viksit Bharat@2047 GDP is important, but national prosperity depends on more than output. I propose a complementary National Balance Sheet framework measuring three forms of capital: 1. Financial Capital – productive and economic assets. 2. Natural Capital – forests, water, biodiversity, land, minerals and ecosystem services. 3. Human Capital – education, health, skills and productive capacity. Building on India’s Natural Capital Accounting work and the UN System of Environmental-Economic Accounting (SEEA), India could develop a national dashboard tracking these capitals alongside GDP. The aim is not to replace GDP, but to ask: “As India grows, are we strengthening the assets future generations depend upon?” Viksit Bharat should not only be a bigger economy—it should be a stronger national balance sheet for every generation.
