श्रीमान ,आपके भागीरथी प्रयास से आज देश हर दिशा में नया कीर्तिमान स्थापित कर रहा है। राम राज्य एवं विक्रमादित्य के बाद मोदी राज्य में ही सबका विकास हो रहा है। हिंदी,हिंदू एवं हिंदुस्तान चारो तरफ से सुरक्षित है। सरकार के विकासवादी नीति एवं सही नियत के कारण गरीब,मजदूर ,किसान, आदिवासी, वनवासी दलित महिला सभी खुश हैं। वस्तुतः यह 3S के कारण हो रहा है। 3S का मतलब skills,scale एवं स्पीड है। कुशल विकास के द्वारा ही प्रशिक्षित युवा पीढ़ी देश में गुणस्तरीय उत्पाद दे सकते हैं। लेकिन गरीबी के कारण बहुत युवा बेहतरीन प्रशिक्षण नही ले पाते हैं। अगर उन्हें आर्थिक मदद किया जाए तो वे और भी ज्यादा मेहनत कर देश को नई ऊंचाई तक पहुंचा सकता है। इस लिए पढ़ाई भी कमाई भी एक अच्छी सोच हो सकता है। महात्मा गांधी के अनुसार "Earn while learn".
राष्ट्र निर्माण में प्रशिक्षित युवा बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं।
कृषिक से लेकर carpenter तक सभी प्रशिक्षित होनें चाहिए तथा प्रशिक्षण में इन्हे आर्थिक मदद मिलनी चाहिए।
होली के रंग में पूरा देश रंगीन रहे बधाई हो।

Our budgets though great lags due to speed of spending. MANY ALLOCATION CAN BE TREATED AS PROJECTS, which requires project management effort & alignment. There are very well trained project managers from the private sector who are good at handling projects & also committed to the nation building. so why can't there be state wise Project Mgmt Office (PMO) under the central control to spends which does not have a execution organization & given to govt departments to handle as they are only related to it. But a one time effort is required. This executed, monitored & reported by PMO located at state by the centre. If done, such outlays & the projects reaches the industries/ SME/ needy/ Poor and we get the targeted growth rate. The big lacuna is programme and project management. By this the not only govt officials but also you will get other candidates who can represent the country on critical missions outside India. The selection for the PMO can be done as neethi aayog does for their team.
