Y-Break App is a digital platform to promote Yoga practice in the working population to de-stress, refresh and re-focus at their workplace to increase their productivity, and consists of Asanas, Pranayama and Dhyana

every school and institutions must yoga teacher,and practice yoga for atleast 30 minutes every day, regular physical checkup quarterly basis

This was a very good initiative organised, it will not only keep people healthy but also it will help them to cure diseases as we all know yoga is the cure for mamy diseases. It will help peoples to reduce their stress from their day to day life and will help them to concentrate properly in their works. Since, in this busy life people can't go to yoga institute or any other institute so by using this app people can easily go their yoga. I prefer everyone to use this app and make a more healthy life as we know health is wealth and if we keep ourselves healthy it will led to economic development as well as a more better country.

Classes can be conducted on the basis of age and profession on this app . The art of yoga can be taught to young children, college students, middle-aged youth, working people, and the elderly.
All yoga arts are easy to learn in young children. Interest and constitution will favor them.Even age can be a bit difficult for beginners to learn the art of yoga.
Mental and physical health of students and youth is very important so you can choose yoga asanas that improve physical and mental health.
Those who use the body to do the work will be severely affected.
will be tight. They should be taught the art of yoga to relieve their body tension.
Yoga asanas like pain relievers and simple asanas can be taught to workers who are doing hard work using the body.Software engineers and office workers have a lot of stress so they can be taught asanas that relieve stress.Asanas that strengthen the back body, neck, hips and legs can be taught to office workers.‌

For example, the categories allow yoga practitioners to easily find a good morning yoga session or a yoga workout to specifically work your back or abs.

Beginners will be right at home from the off as this app should have a section specifically entitled “beginner yoga” which teaches all the basics that you need to know before progressing onto more complex poses.

the app shall have an expert guidance session.

Respected Sir, Doing any activity during the office hours anywhere be it private or public sector is not suitable for the working population as Employer is always dominant but your kind appeal to the employers to spare few mins for workout would be of immense benefit. The focus must be shifted for some time to make a healthy life and habits . The app is a milestone in such area.
