Y-Break App is a digital platform to promote Yoga practice in the working population to de-stress, refresh and re-focus at their workplace to increase their productivity, and consists of Asanas, Pranayama and Dhyana

SIMPLE NO MAKE APP MAKE IT REALITY PRACTICAL APP MANY APP BUT NO USE. IT SHOULD BE LIKE HAVE SOME RELAXATION EXERCISE BREATHING EXERCISE INTERACTIVE TYPE SOME GAMES SOME THING TO DISTRACT FROM NEGATIVE THOUGHT TO TAKE TO POSITIVE THOUGHTS.

App should run in state languages. Lessons should be taught in state languages ​​by yoga instructors from respective states. Arrangements should be made directly online and can be registered and viewed anytime. The features must be such that they cannot be downloaded and viewed through apps and other platforms. Make arrangements to watch classes anytime, any day on the app. Instructors must be formally trained in the art of yoga through a university. The app should also provide opportunities for traditional yoga instructors. There should be separate channels in national languages ​​like YouTube active channels. A minimal amount should be charged as an annual fee.Universities should also be allowed to conduct live classes on the app. People are interested in learning the art of yoga by going directly to the universities where the best yoga teachers are working. It will also generate revenue for the universities.
