Yoga practice has a greater role in promoting the all round development of the individual and thereby promoting social welfare and communal harmony. It promotes the concept of "Vasidhaiva Kudumbakam". Yoga practice will lead to international equality among different sections of the world. It purifies our body, mind and soul.
"Y-Break" can play an important role for promoting a healthy lifestyle among working professionals.
