Respected Honourable primeminister sir, I request you that please accept my suggestions about yoga break, please accept it.
1.Conditional or mandatory training of yoga is included in In-service training for employees of both public and private sectors.
2. karma yoga is a advisable for practicing yoga at working place for quick and accurate decisions by employees.
3.Ventilation and desirable infra for practicing yoga is essential element to promote the concept of yoga break.
4 try to segregated rooms for both ladies and gents for practicing the yoga peacefully.

Y-Break is a five-minute Yoga protocol, especially designed for working professionals to de-stress, refresh and re-focus at their workplace to increase their productivity, consists of Asanas, Pranayam and Dhyana.
The Yoga protocol in the Y-Break application comprises of a few simple Yogic practices as follows:
Tadasana- Urdhva-hastottanasana- Tadasana
Skandha chakra- Uttanamandukasana– Kati Chakrasana
Ardhachakrasana, PrasaritaPadottanasana- Deep Breathing
Nadishodhana Pranayama
Bhramari Pranayama- Dhyana
At present, this is not available for download in many of the devices. Also if this app can be integrated with some of the meeting tools like MS Teams, Zoom, etc wherein it should have the capability of blocking a time/calendar to perform this task. Then, this will help to perform Y-break yoga by a team/group of people if they choose to do it in group rather than performing individually.
Y-break app is a concept to maintain mental health during office hour for increase in their productivity.it help us to reduce our stress level during office time.some suggestion for use this app.
1 A five minute break during work for yog activity to refresh our mind.
2 Ten minute meditation session will be organised before starting work.
3 positive and inspirational dialogue between colleague help us to reduce stress level.
4 Positive mindset will be develop for increase in work efficiency and better performance.
5 spiritual and religious story will be discussed among colleague.
