A free program for Android,by Ministry of AYUSH
At the workplace, we all face the same problem. We spend too much time at work and not enough time with our family, and our health. So we end up feeling drained, stressed, or tired. It is hard to focus on work when we feel this way. This problem is even worse for those who have to handle complicated tasks.
The reason why we need to focus on work is that we need to make a living to support ourselves and our families. But we also need to focus on our health and wellbeing. If we don’t do that, we will be sick, and we will not be able to work. So, in order to maintain our health and wellbeing, we need to make a distinction between work and life.
This is why the Ministry of Ayush has introduced the “Yoga Break at Workplace” program. It is designed to help people to make this distinction and to keep them healthy and balanced. The program is designed to be short and to be effective. It is designed to be performed in the workplace help to focus
