Y-Break App is a digital platform to promote Yoga practice in the working population to de-stress, refresh and re-focus at their workplace to increase their productivity, and consists of Asanas, Pranayama and Dhyana

The Yoga protocol in the Y-Break application comprises of a few simple Yogic practices as follows: Tadasana- Urdhva-hastottanasana- Tadasana Skandha chakra- Uttanamandukasana– Kati Chakrasana Ardhachakrasana, PrasaritaPadottanasana- Deep Breathing Nadishodhana Pranayama Bhramari Pranayama- Dhyana

Y break App is a digital platform developed by Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India to promote Yoga practice in Working population to de-stress, refresh and re-focus at their workplace to increase their productivity, and consists of Asanas, Pranayama and Dhyana.

Respected PM JI, Bringing Y-Break in working professional to scale up yoga practice for larger impact in lifestyle & physical Activities to Men & Women is a very good concept today by Ministry of Ayush by bringing Y-Break. Here i heartfully congratulate to Ministry of Ayush for bringing Y-Break App. & To make this program success Stress is major effect at every work place. By Stress one cannot focus so much effective at work. They must refresh again to refocus on their work. By Y- Break Not only above three it improves immunity system in body & get good health too & concentration also increases many more multiple health benefits too added to one's life,& by practicing yoga in daily life.
