In our country, there are no crises of Universities but demand of time is to remove corruption from our education system. We are running other countries well but can't do anything for our own country.Today's deserving youth do not get the position for what he deserves. Till date no any Indian university follow transparent selection criteria for the recruitment of Assistant Professors. https://www.facebook.com/HigherEducationCorruption/

We need to put in efforts for dignity of labor which as on date is completely missing. Why every one wants white collar jobs need to be looked in to critically. Japan and Germany small countries are much ahead of India. I have prepared a Presentation on this topic which I would like to share if desired.Once aspect of dignity of labor is looked in to then only there will be efforts for facilitating manual work as on date all efforts and research is for facilitating the white collar jobs only.

skill development is important and could be post primary education.... the base need to be strong to build what ever skill you need to add.... and every offer could be free and on need base, this could eradicate poverty, the level created by our society over a period of time, to get more job certification could be mandatory for every skill job... (now an expertise by association is the master??)let us move to the direction that helps better tomorrow

During the last 15 days, slapping & exploitation of certain community etc. is being heard in various media, I want to suggest that, irrespective of any community, any such exploitation or slapping to any person or any community should be presented or realised as person and not respect specific community except the any such incidence made due to community with specific intention, it will effect adversely to people of nation,Indians are peaceful and mercy people, some co-ordination made with media

Skill development can be best done at work place only....let skilled teachers visit work places of worker and help them one hour in upgrading their skills.....it will result in no loss of wages for worker and good solutions to industry problems...apart from teachers getting connected to ground rather than books

Respected Prime Minister,

Happy to share that we have developed Multimedia CNC machine Simulators for skill development in CNC turner and machinist trades.CNC machine operators are highly crucial for MAKE IN INDIA initiative to be successful. Like an airplane, CNC machine is expensive ( each machine is Rs.20 lakhs)and dangerous equipment. Please view the attached pdf for more information and view the YouTube link for a 8 minute audio video clip on our system.Srihari / CADEM
